1. <span style="font-family: Georgia; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" id="isPasted">Discuss/Approve amendment to City Ordinance Article II. - Beer and Wine Sec. 4-31 (Consumption on streets, sidewalks, other public places) and allow the consumption of beer and wine in parks that exceed 11 acres but in areas smaller than 11 acres; only if the hosting entity is an entity that receives funds from the restaurant/beverage local and private legislation in effect at the same time of such event.
