7. <span style="font-family: Georgia; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Approve request to accept proposal to migrate the on-premise SmartFusion system to its cloud-based version.
8. <span style="font-family: Georgia; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14px;">Approve request to accept proposal of the addition of Parks and Recreation management software to the CivicPlus suite.
9. <span style="font-family: Georgia; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Approve request to accept the proposal for the Employee Self-Service addition to the SmartFusion financial software.
