3. <span style="font-family: Georgia; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Approve the purchase of two (2) properties (1220 Ash Street and 2007 Washington Avenue) through the Columbus Blight FY2023 Community Project Funding Grant.
4. <span style="font-family: Georgia; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Discuss/Approve request to submit a 4 County Grant to purchase two (2) Rapid Intervention Team (RIT) packs and no cost share is involved in the amount of $8,800.
5. <span style="font-family: Georgia; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Approve request to accept proposal for Avancir Inventory Management software at $489 a month and $5000 one time cost.
