5. <span style="font-family: Georgia; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Discuss/Approve request to purchase properties (1606 Bell Avenue, 624 26th Street North, 2604 5th Avenue North and 1007 Shady Street) for the Blight Program in the amount of $46,000.
