  25. <span style="font-family: Georgia; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Discuss/Approve permit request submitted by Kayla Jefferson on behalf of the Columbus Light and Water Department to host "Public Power Week" to be held October 8, 2026 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the Columbus Light and Water Department - 420 4th Avenue South blocking 5th Street South at 3rd Avenue South and 4th Avenue South.
  26. Approve the request for Action Center Officer to attend the "Keep Mississippi Beautiful Conference" to be held in Cleveland, MS on October 8th and 9th and approve payment of travel and meal expenses in the amount of $186.
