- Consideration to approve the renewal agreement with Advantage Business Systems, a state contract vendor, for a copier rental and authorize the Mayor to execute the same.
- Request consideration to purchase nine (9) Honeywell Ben 3 helmets and ten pairs of leather structural boots from Delta Fire and Safety on State contract. The total price for both will be $8,027.90 plus any shipping.
- Request permission to purchase thirty-two (32) Axon Taser 10 from Axon Enterprise, Inc., on state contract, to be purchased with the department's drug seizure fund in a 5-year payment plan. See attached memo.
- Consideration to award the bid in the amount of $239,100.00 to Williams Equipment for TWO new trailer mounted vacuum excavators and authorize the City Clerk and Finance Manager to proceed with the purchasing process for the equipment. Bids were received on May 29, 2025, for this equipment through the reverse auction process.
