- Permission to purchase office furniture for installation at city hall for Web Manager and Communications Director positions from Office Innovations. Materials are on State Contract prices.
- Consideration to approve financing terms from Tymco for the purchase of one Tymco Model 600 Regenerative Air Street Sweeper, as the lowest and best financing proposal received, and to authorize the Mayor to execute the same. Two additional financing proposals were received from Community Bank and Hancock Whitney Bank at higher interest rates. The Board previously approved the purchase of the street sweeper and solicitation of financing options on March 2, 2026.
- Consideration to approve the quote in the amount of $19,096.00 from Dunn Utility Products for 112 lf of arch pipe and flared end section for the storm drain pipe replacement at 500 Prosperity Court. A second quote was received from Southern Pipe & Supply in the amount of $21,594.14. This purchase is for materials only. Labor will be performed by City of Brandon employees.
- Consideration to adopt a resolution and order adjudicating the cost of re-entry and cleanup pursuant to Mississippi Code Section 21-19-11 for property located at 131 Meadowlane Drive (re-entry 1 of 12 allowed).
- Consideration to adopt a resolution and order adjudicating the cost of re-entry and cleanup pursuant to Mississippi Code Section 21-19-11 for property located at 79 Woodbridge Road (re-entry 1 of 12 allowed).
