1. Consideration to approve a professional services agreement with Pelahatchie Pyro Fireworks to provide a 12-15-minute fireworks display on July 3, 2026 at the Brandon Amphitheater at a cost of $10,000.00, conditioned upon receipt by the City of proof of liability insurance in the amount of not less than $1mm/$2mm and reflecting the City as an additional insured thereon. The accounting department has the authority to make any and all necessary budget amendments for this transaction.
