1. Consideration to approve a professional services agreement for the purposes of promoting tourism in accordance with HB1599 (2026 MS Legislative Session) and other lawful and related purposes; authorize the Mayor to execute the same; and approve payment of all show-related expenditures.<ul><li>Live Nation and City of Brandon Sell-Off Agreement</li><li>Lindsey Stirling Touring, Inc. and City of Brandon Artist Agreement</li><li>PVRIS Inc and City of Brandon Artist Agreement</li></ul>
2. Consideration of approval of a Right-of-Way Easement Agreement with Entergy Mississippi, LLC, and authorization for the Mayor to execute the Right-of-Way Instrument.
3. Consideration to approve a speaker's contract with Col. Mark Tillman for this year's Veterans Day Breakfast on November 11, 2026 and authorize Mayor to ​sign and execute said contract.
4. Permission to advertise for bid the purchase of one Mini Excavator.
5. Request consideration to purchase a light rescue cutter and spreader (Jaws unit) from Delta Fire & Safety in the amount of $43,472 plus shipping as the lowest and best quote. The second quote received was from Southern Rescue Systems, LLC. in the amount of $45,671.00.
6. <p data-pasted="true">Request consideration to approve the change of employment status for Jimmy Lee Wilson from full-time to part-time status per his letter effective July 25, 2026, and approve his rate of pay per memo.
7. Request permission to remove part-time runner Shelby Harrell as an Amphitheater Runner and rescind the order from July 6, 2026 regarding the removal of Shonda Watkins from the City's payroll roster effective July 20, 2026.
8. Consideration to hire Wier/Boerner/Allen and Neel Schaffer Engineering for civil design and to develop bid construction plans and documents in order to advertise for public bid for the community-requested improvements and additions to 1) Shiloh Park, 2) Quarry Park, and 3) City Park.
9. Consideration to award the bid in the amount of $141,194.00 to Southern Rock, LLC for the Municipal Drive New Parking Lot Project as the lowest and best bid received. Two additional bids were received for the project.
10. Consideration to award the bid for the 2026 Overlay Project to Superior Asphalt, Inc. as the lowest and best bid received. Three additional bids were received for the project.
