- Consideration to approve the following for the Highway 18 Waterline Extension Project - Star Road to West Sunset Drive.1. Approve the Final Summary Change Order from Red Oak Construction, LLC at an increase of $483.75 in the project cost due to final project quantities and authorize the Mayor to execute the same.2. Approve Pay Request 3 FINAL in the amount of $123,309.56 from Red Oak Construction, LLC and authorize payment of the same.
- Consideration to award the bid in the amount of $523,015.50 to Gulf Coast Solutions, Inc. as the lowest and best bid received for the Highway 18 Sewer Extension Project Phase 1 and authorize the Mayor to execute the same. There were nine bids received for this project.
- Consideration to approve the following for the Municipal Drive Electrical Improvements Project. The total cost for the project will be estimated at $277,126.27.1. Award the bid in the amount of $156,000.00 from Fountain Construction Company, Inc. as the lowest and best bid received for installation of underground conduit with pull strings, switchgear pads, and transformer pads.2. Approve the quote in the amount of $121,126.27 from Entergy Mississippi, LLC for the relocation and conversion of the existing overhead distribution facilities to underground.
