An ordinance recommended by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment and the Board of Public Service providing for the execution and delivery of an Extension Agreement, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 1, by and between the City of St. Louis and Evergreen Alliance Golf Limited, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (“Lessee”), extending the term of Amended, Restated and Extended Lease Agreement dated August 18, 2008 by and between the City and Lessee (as amended, extended and assigned from time to time, the “2008 Lease”) and adding certain non-discrimination language to the 2008 Lease, and containing an Emergency Clause.
  2. An ordinance recommended by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment and the Board of Public Service, providing for the execution and delivery of an Extension Agreement, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 1, by and between the City of St. Louis and CF FOREST PARK ARCIS LLC, extending the term of Amended and Restated Lease Agreement dated August 31, 2000 by and between the City and Lessee successor by name change to CNL Income EAGL Leasehold Golf LLC, assignee and adding certain non-discrimination language to the 2000 Lease, and containing an Emergency Clause.
  3. An Ordinance recommended by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment authorizing the Department of Public Safety to accept the 2024 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant award of up to $351,935.00 from the U.S. Department of Justice; appropriating such funds to the Department of Public Safety; authorizing the expenditure of such funds, to the extent received; authorizing contracts and other documents to expend such funds, to the extent received; and containing an emergency clause.
  4. The Board Bill, recommended by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment authorizes the St. Louis Treasurer’s Office to accept a Financial Empowerment Center (FEC) program grant of up to an initial amount of $20,000.00, plus a subsequent anticipated award up to $300,000.00 for project implementation, by entering into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Cities for Financial Empowerment Fund; authorizing the expenditure of such funds, to the extent received; authorizing contracts and other documents to expend such funds, to the extent received; and office containing an emergency clause.
