1. An Ordinance establishing a policy to govern the purchase and demolition of seven flood-prone properties in the Ellendale neighborhood in accordance with the requirements of the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) funding awarded by the State of Missouri Emergency Management Agency; containing a severability clause.
2. An ordinance, recommended by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment, appropriating the sum of Three Million Three Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand Five Hundred Thirty-Five and 05/100ths ($3,365,535.05) Dollars of Rams Settlement Funds, for the purpose of supporting winter shelter needs for unhoused residents; authorizing and directing the Director of the Department of Human Services to execute or purchase against existing contracts as may be necessary to expend funds; and containing a severability clause and an emergency clause.
