- An Ordinance establishing a policy to govern the purchase and demolition of seven flood-prone properties in the Ellendale neighborhood in accordance with the requirements of the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) funding awarded by the State of Missouri Emergency Management Agency; containing a severability clause.
- An Ordinance recommended and approved by the Airport Commission, and Board of Estimate and Apportionment authorizing and directing the Director of Airports and the Comptroller of The City of St. Louis, owner and operator of the St. Louis Lambert International Airport, to enter into and execute the Second Amendment to the WiFi and Distributed Antenna System Operating Agreement (AL-263), originally authorized by Ordinance Number 69919, between the City and Concourse Communications Group, LLC; and containing a severability clause.
- An ordinance calling and providing for the holding of an election in the City of St. Louis on April 7, 2026, for the purpose of submitting to the qualified voters of the City of St. Louis a proposal to reauthorize a one half of one percent sales tax on all retail sales made in the City of St. Louis which are subject to taxation under Chapter 144 RSMo. in order to approve the use of said tax for bus rapid transit; and containing a severability clause and an emergency clause.
