  1. An ordinance approving the Petition for Creation,Extension Renewal and Establishment of the South Grand Community Improvement District (the “CID”) pursuant to Section 67.1421(5) R.S.Mo. to authorize the CID to continue to provide services, construct improvements, and carry out other functions as set forth in such Petition, to impose special assessments upon real property within the CID boundaries to provide funds to accomplish any power, duty or <br>purpose of the CID, and to receive the services and benefits all as set forth in the Petition; and containing severability, and emergency clauses.
  2. NOW THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED, by this Honorable Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis hereby expresses its support for recognition as a Bird City through the Bird City Network; affirms the importance of protecting and enhancing urban biodiversity and bird habitat; recognizes the collaborative efforts of local conservation partners in advancing these goals; and encourages continued coordination among City departments and community stakeholders to implement bird-friendly practices and complete any necessary application or renewal requirements associated with the Bird City designation
  3. An ordinance providing for the execution and delivery of a Municipal Stormwater Grant Participation Agreement (the “Agreement”), substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, by and between the City of St. Louis (the “City”) and The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District (“MSD”), authorizing and directing the Director of the Streets Department (the “Director of Streets”) and the Director of the Planning and Urban Design Agency (the “Director of PDA”) to apply for and expend funds under the Agreement for the purposes of a floodwall project, and containing an Emergency Clause.
  4. An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 66935, which ordinance relates to an original Lease Agreement dated January 1, 2006, between The City of St. Louis, Missouri (the “City”)and Material Sales Company (“Lessee”), and authorizing the execution of a Second Amendment to Lease Agreement between the City and Lessee for certain land and mooring between the MacArthur Bridge and the Poplar Street Bridge under certain terms and conditions as set forth in the Second Amendment, attached hereto as Exhibit A, and containing a severability clause.
  5. An Ordinance establishing a sales tax reimbursement account in support of the project located at 3942 Laclede Avenue, approving a Development and Performance Agreement related to such project and authorizing execution thereof.
  6. An ordinance recommended by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment authorizing the 2 Commissioner of the Department of Health or her designee, on behalf of the City of St. Louis, to 3 enter into the FEMA Crisis Counseling Program Consulting Agreement and to accept funds 4 awarded; appropriating said funds in the amount of up to Seventy-Eight Thousand Two Hundred 5 Fifty-Three Dollars and Sixty Cents ($78,253.60); authorizing the Department of Health to expend 6 the appropriated funds for allowed purposes; and containing an emergency clause
  7. An Ordinance to allow for a partial upfront payment of qualifying expenses from qualifying organizations who are under contract with the City of St. Louis in to provide the City of St. Louis a product or service
  8. An amendment to Ordinance 56736, requested by the Interim Sheriff of the City of St. Louis, modernizing the manner in which the Sheriff’s Office issues parking identification identifying deputies operating personal vehicles during the performance of their official duties.
  9. An ordinance submitting to the qualified voters of the City a proposed amendment to the Charter of the City <br>of St. Louis repealing Section 5 of Article IV of the Charter in order to have the same non-partisan, top-two runoff system in special elections for Aldermen that is used in regular city elections; providing for an election to be held for voting on the proposed amendment and for the manner of voting; and for the publication, certification, deposit, and recording of this ordinance and containing an emergency clause.
  10. An ordinance submitting to the qualified voters of the City of St. Louis the question of whether to amend the City of St. Louis Charter to modernize language describing City departments, divisions, and other organization, to provide for modern methods of advertisement and publication, to delete obsolete references to Missouri statute, to delete obsolete references to City departments, divisions, or other organization, to revise references to pay scale, to replace pronouns with specific title references, and to standardize capitalization of titles and uniform formatting of numbers; providing for an election to be held for voting on the proposed amendment, for the manner of voting, and the publication, certification, deposit, and recording of this ordinance; and containing an emergency clause.
