NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Honorable Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to recognize and honor Dr. Myra Berry in her appointment to the position of Superintendent of Saint Louis Public Schools. We further direct the Clerk of this Board to spread a copy of this Resolution across the minute of these proceedings and to prepare a commemorative copy to the end that it may be presented to Dr. Berry with well wishes and God speed by its Sponsor.
  3. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations during LGBTQIA+ History Month to recognize the history and enduring legacy of the Pride flag, to commemorate the historic raising of the first Pride flag over St. Louis City Hall in 2013, and to recognize the preservation and donation of that original flag as an important artifact of the history of the City of St. Louis
  4. An ordinance directing the Director of Streets to permanently close, barricade or otherwise impede the flow of traffic on the 2800 block of Oregon Avenue by blocking said traffic flow at Pestalozzi Street 120 feet north of the east curb line of Oregon Avenue.
  5. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to recognize the 24th Annual Mary Meachum Freedom Crossing Celebration, to honor the enduring legacy of Mary Meachum and the freedom seekers of May 21, 1855, and to commend Great Rivers Greenway, Angela da Silva, St. Louis ArtWorks, and all those who preserve and share this history with our City. We further direct the Clerk of this Board of Aldermen to spread a copy of this Resolution across the minutes of these proceedings and to prepare a commemorative copy of this Resolution to the end that it may be presented to those deemed appropriate by the Sponsor.
  6. An ordinance pertaining to vacant nuisance property; amending Title 25 of the Revised Code of the City of St. Louis by enacting a new Chapter 25.34, to be known as “Municipal Receivership,” pursuant to the authority granted by Section 82.1026, RSMo, as amended by House Bill 199 (2025); authorizing the City to petition the circuit court for the appointment of a Receiver to rehabilitate, demolish, or sell vacant nuisance property; establishing procedures for notice, petition, and lis pendens; establishing qualifications for Receivers and buyers; prioritizing Rehabilitation over Demolition; providing for Receiver powers, compensation, liens, and Sale procedures; and containing a severability clause and emergency clause.
  7. Pursuant to Ordinance Number 70333, as amended by Ordinance Number 71394, an ordinance directing the Director of Streets to install speed humps to calm the flow of traffic on various blocks throughout the Seventh Ward.
  8. An ordinance pertaining to the Street Improvement Fund, commonly known as St. Louis Works, and specifying the allocation of funds, and the creation of cost centers and standards governing the deployment of those funds, containing definitions, an effective date, and a severability clause.
  9. An Ordinance recommended by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment authorizing and directing the issuance, establishment of terms and sale of Airport Revenue Bonds not to exceed $500 million to finance the cost of making improvements to the airport and refunding subordinated indebtedness; funding any required credit enhancement, capitalized interest and the payment of costs of issuance; appointing a trustee; approving and authorizing the preparation, execution and delivery of documents and actions; approving a Proposed Third Restated Indenture; repealing inconsistent prior ordinances; and containing severability and emergency clauses.
  10. Pursuant to Ordinance Number 70333 as amended by Ordinance Number 71394, an ordinance directing the Director of Streets to install speed humps to calm the flow of traffic on various blocks in the 5th ward.
  11. An Ordinance recommended by the Planning Commission amending the text of the zoning code to define and regulate smoke shops in the City of St. Louis and containing a Severability Clause and an Emergency Clause
  12. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by this Honorable Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to recognize, honor, and thank STL TV for their immeasurable impact. We further direct the Clerk of this Board to spread a copy of this Resolution across the minute of these proceedings and to prepare a commemorative copy to the end that it may be presented on the 9th day of October, 2026.
  13. An ordinance amending Chapter 11 of the Revised Code of the City of St. Louis by adding a new Section 11.120 to establish a Code Blue Emergency Weather Response Program; providing for its declaration, shelter access and operations, transportation, protection of survival supplies, and public outreach; creating the Code Blue Fund and dedicating to it the City’s local three percent (3%) sales tax on adult use marijuana; and containing a severability and an emergency clause.
  14. An Ordinance calling and providing for the holding of an election in the City of St. Louis on April 6, 2027, for the purpose of submitting to the qualified voters of the City of St. Louis a proposal to reallocate the portion of a one half of one percent sales tax dedicated to “North-South Metrolink” to “Bus Rapid Transit, North-South Metrolink, or other mass transit initiatives as authorized by the governing body of the City of St. Louis;” and containing a severability clause.
  15. <span style="margin-left:.5pt;">An Ordinance authorizing the honorary street name “Pruitt–Igoe Lane” pursuant to <strong>Ordinance Number 68937</strong>, which shall begin at the intersection of North 20th Street & Cass Avenue.
  16. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Honorable Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to honor and celebrate Mr. Robert Jackson on his 100th Birthday. We further direct the Clerk of this Board to spread a copy of this Resolution across the minute of these proceedings and to prepare a commemorative copy to the end that it may be presented to Mr. Jackson on October 18, 2026 by its Sponsor.
  17. An ordinance pertaining to a neighborhood implementation traffic calming system in the City of St. Louis, and establishing procedures for constituent requests of traffic calming, and the process for implementation. Containing definitions, an effective date, and a severability clause.
  18. An ordinance to codify the Office of Sustainability within the Planning and Urban Design Agency; authorizing a Sustainability Director.
  19. An ordinance providing for the execution and delivery of an Acknowledgement and Consent to assignment of the Amended and Restated Lease for the multi-family apartment building commonly known as the Homer G. Phillips Senior Apartments located at 2601 Whittier Street, and containing an Emergency Clause
  20. An Ordinance authorizing the honorary street name “Lois Conley Lane” pursuant to Ordinance Number 68937, which shall begin at the intersection of St. Louis Avenue & North 25th Street.
