2. AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A FARMLAND LEASE AGREEMENT WITH DON LEUPOLD DBA LEUPOLD FARMS, LLC TO PLANT AND HARVEST CROPS ON LOT 1 OF THE ALABAMA SUBDIVISION LOCATED AT 2202 ALABAMA STREET AND AN AMENDMENT TO THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUND BUDGET TO APPROPRIATE THE ANNUAL LEASE PAYMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $5,875.00.
