4. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF WORK ORDER RSE2614 WITH RS ELECTRIC UTILITY SERVICES FOR THE INSTALLATION OF PEDESTRIAN HEADS AT THE INTERSECTION OF 33RD & MITCHELL IN THE AMOUNT OF $97,986.00.
