1. The ORWDB will hold a closed session to review and vote on competitive bidding specifications, as authorized by Section 610.021(12), RSMo. This discussion and vote will remain confidential until the specifications are officially approved or released to the public for award and contract execution. The Board will conduct no further public business following the conclusion of the Closed Session. The motion to fully adjourn the meeting will be voted upon inside the Closed Session, and the meeting will terminate directly from that session without a return to open session.
