3. Approve a lease with Creekside Commercial, LLC for a Police Department substation
4. Present a Certificate of Recognition to Brian Mertz for receiving the Rainmaker Award from the Platte County Economic Development Council
5. Present a Certificate of Recognition to Bill Oliver, Nick & Jake's Parkville, for receiving the 2024 Parkville Community Development Award from the Platte County ​Economic Development Council<br>
