2. Approval of Resolution No. 25-032 to approve a lease agreement with White Farmhouse Flowers, LLC for the train depot building and to authorize the city administrator to execute said lease agreement (Parks)
3. Approve Resolution No. 25-026 to award the bid for the NW 59th Terrace Drainage Repairs Project to Havens Construction, Inc. and to authorize the mayor to ​execute said agreement for the same
4. Approve Resolution No. 25-025 to approve memorandums of agreement for the management of white-tailed deer hunt (archery and firearms) with Park University and authorizing the mayor to execute said agreements on behalf of the City
5. Approve Resolution No. 25-027<em> </em>to award the bid for the 2025 Crooked Road Channel Repairs project to Wiedenmann, Inc. and to authorize the mayor to execute said agreement for the same
6. Approve Resolution No. 25-029 to approve Change Order No. 9 to the agreement with E.L. Crawford Construction, Inc. for the Farmers Market project and to authorize the city administrator to execute said change order on behalf of the City
7. Approve Resolution No. 25-028 to approve Change Order No. 1 to the professional services agreement with McClure Engineering Co. for the Bell Road Pedestrian Improvements project and to authorize the mayor to execute said change order on behalf of the City
8. Approve Resolution No. 25-031 to approve Change Order No. 1 to the professional services agreement with George Butler Associates, Inc., for the Route 9 Downtown Improvements project, and to authorize the mayor to execute said change order on behalf of the City (Community Development/Public Works)
