The Board of Aldermen may enter into closed session pursuant to:<br id="isPasted"> RSMo. 610.021(1) for legal actions, litigation and attorney-client communication<br> RSMo. 610.021(2) for real estate matters<br> RSMo. 610.021(3) and/or (13) for personnel matters<br> RSMo. 610.021(12) for sealed bids and contract negotiations
2. Approve Resolution No. 25-040, a resolution approving a Memorandum of Agreement with the Creative Communities Alliance and authorizing the Mayor to execute said Memorandum of Agreement on behalf of the City.
3. Approve the first and second readings of Bill No. 3359, an ordinance approving supplemental agreements to amend the project schedule of the previously approved Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission Surface Transportation Block Grant Program Agreement and Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission Governor's Transportation Cost Share Agreement for utilizing Federal funding for the Route 9 Corridor Complete Streets Improvements Project on MO-9 Highway.
4. Approve the first and second reading of Bill No. 3361, an ordinance approving a supplemental agreement to amend the project schedule of the previously approved Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission Transportation Enhancements Funds Program Agreement for utilizing federal funding for the <em id="isPasted">Bell Road Pedestrian Improvements</em> project along NW Bell Road.
