4. Ordinance approving a contract with Pediatric Emergency Standards, Inc. to provide access to Handtevy Mobile annually for three years in an amount not to exceed $4,815.25
5. Motion to approve the purchase of SCADA server hardware from Logicalis, Inc. for the Water Treatment and Waste Water Treatment Plants in an amount not to exceed $126,311.10
