Council Bill No. 6803- an ordinance by the city of lebanon, missouri, imposing a use tax at the rate equal to the total local sales tax rates in effect pursuant to the authority granted by and subject to the provisions of <span style="text-transform: capitalize;">sections</span> 144.600 through 144.761RSMo for the purpose of providing funding for a Fire and Police<span style="text-transform: capitalize;"> training facility</span>, constructing a new <span style="text-transform: capitalize;">animal shelt</span>er, assisting with improvements to the<span style="text-transform: capitalize;"> boswell aquatic center,</span> and addressing other general fund needs of the city; providing for the use tax to be repealed, reduced or raised in the same amount as any city sales tax is repealed, reduced or raised; and providing for submission of the proposal to the qualified voters of the city for their approval at the <span style="text-transform: capitalize;">general municipal electio</span>n called and to be held in the <span style="text-transform: capitalize;">ci</span>ty of L<span style="text-transform: lowercase;">ebanon</span> on Tuesday, the 8th day of April.
