- 2 Sponsor: Director of Aviation Department Authorizing the Director of Aviation to accept the proposal of Oshkosh Airport Products Inc., for the acquisition of aircraft rescue firefighting vehicles and equipment at an estimated cost of $1,739,840.00; authorizing the execution of all documents and agreements necessary for the acquisition; and designating requisitioning authority.
