- 3 Sponsor: Director of Finance Department Amending Ordinance No. 260207 by repealing Section 1 and enacting in its place a new Section 1 adjusting tax levy rates for the General Fund, Health Levy Fund, General Debt and Interest Fund, and Museum Special Revenue Fund; and recognizing this ordinance as having an accelerated effective date.
- 4 Sponsor: Director of General Services Department Authorizing the Director of General Services to execute the Second Addendum to the Lease with Hunt Midwest Real Estate Development, Inc., extending the lease for 8250 N.E. Underground Drive, Kansas City, Missouri, an additional ten (10) years; and directing the City Manager That the City Manager is hereby directed to submit an amount sufficient to meet the annual obligation of the Second Addendum to the Lease.

- 6 Sponsor: Councilmember Ryana Parks-Shaw Authorizing the Director of Parks and Recreation to enter into an Amended and Restated Funding Agreement with the Starlight Theatre Association of Kansas City, Inc., and its affiliates and assigns for the reimbursement of certain funds provided by the City to cover a portion of the costs required to make improvements to the existing Starlight Theatre at Swope Parkway and 63rd Street; amending certain material terms of the Funding Agreement authorized by Committee Substitute for Ordinance No. 240477 to permit the remaining City Bridge Funds to be used for Phase II of the Starlight Improvement Project; maintaining the original aggregate City Bridge Funds limitation of $3,500,000.00; and approving a revised repayment schedule.
- 7 Sponsor: Mayor Pro Tem Ryana Parks-Shaw RESOLUTION - Directing the City Auditor to review the status of Council’s directives to the City Manager; evaluate the City Manager’s directive process; recommend improvements; and report back in thirty (30) days.
- 8 Sponsor: Mayor Quinton Lucas Approving the petition to establish the Riverfront Community Improvement District; establishing the Riverfront Community Improvement District generally bounded by the Missouri River to the north; I-29 to the east; Berkley Parkway, E. Riverfront Drive, and north boundary of railroad property line to the south; and Berkley Plaza to the west in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri; requiring the annual submission of certain records; directing the City Clerk to report the creation of the District to the Missouri Department of Economic Development and the Missouri State Auditor; appropriating $1,000.00 from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the Development Services Fund, Fund No. 2210, for the purposes of providing community outreach regarding the objectives of this ordinance; designating requisitioning authority; and recognizing this ordinance as having an accelerated effective date.
