Notice to the City Clerk from a committee of petitioners certifying their request that the initiative petition entitled “Petition for Initiative to Enact Restrictions on Plans to Design or Construct, with Material Support from the City, A Stadium, Arena, or Similar Venue, with a Seating Capacity of 2500 or more, for use by a For-Profit Business, or Ancillary Development of Certain Necessary Infrastructure Support” be submitted to a vote of the electors in its original form.
