Construction Co., for the Blue River Wastewater Treatment Plant Grit Removal and Fine Screens Project for a total contract amount of $170,564,112.00; authorizing a $4,120,509.00 design professional services contract Amendment No. 2 and authorizing a $4,500,000.00 design professional services contract Amendment No. 3 to Contract No. 1677 with Carollo Engineers, Inc., for the Blue River Wastewater Treatment Plant Facility Plan and Improvements Design project for a total contract amount of $16,050,441.00; declaring the intent of the City to reimburse itself from the bond proceeds for certain expenditures; and authorizing the Director of Finance to close project accounts; and recognizing this ordinance as having an accelerated effective date.
