Sponsor: Mayor Quinton Lucas and Councilmember Melissa Robinson Amending Chapter 88, the Zoning and Development Code, by repealing Section 88-370-05, “Authorized Uses” and Section 88-370-06, “Standards” and enacting in lieu thereof new sections of like number and subject matter; and by enacting a new Section 88-370-09, “Special Event Building Signage,” all for the purpose of establishing regulations for temporary special event building signage during designated Major Events.
