Sponsor: Councilmember Crispin Rea Amending Committee Substitute for Ordinance No. 250437 by repealing and replacing Section 3 for the purpose of directing the City Manager to seek, as a condition of pretrial release for prosecutions for violations of the Code of Ordinances, that the defendant be prohibited from operating vehicles unlawful to operate on the streets and highways.
