Sponsor: Director of City Planning and Development Department Amending Chapter 74, Article VII, Code of Ordinances, by repealing Section 74-302 and enacting in lieu thereof a new section of like number and subject matter to allow community improvement districts requesting a finding of blight, or relying on a prior determination of blight, to submit alternative acceptable documentation when reasonable efforts to obtain official notarized documentation from the county assessor have been unsuccessful; and providing for a delayed effective date.
