Sponsor: Mayor Pro Tem Ryana Parks-Shaw COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE Amending Committee Substitute for Ordinance No. 250855 by repealing Section 1 and replacing with a new Section 1 to direct the City Manager to engage Child Care Aware of Missouri, Kids Win Missouri, and TOOTRIS for the purpose of establishing and administering a one-year Tri-Share Childcare pilot program, subject to administration cost limits; and waiving the solicitation requirements for certain City contracts.
