Sponsor(s): Mayor Pro Tem Ryana Parks-Shaw, Councilmembers Andrea Bough, Eric Bunch, Darrell Curls, and Johnathan Duncan Adopting the Comprehensive Anti-Displacement Plan; directing the City Manager to establish the Anti-Displacement Commission to monitor and implement said plan; issuing directives to the Anti-Displacement Commission once established; directing the Anti-Displacement Commission to review metrics and evaluate success upon completion of said directives; and directing the City Manager to oversee the implementation of these programs and reconvene the Anti-Displacement Commission as needed.
