Sponsor: Director of Law Department Approving and authorizing settlement of William Johnson v. City of Kansas City, Case No. 2016-CV17376, in the amount of $363,570.01; and that the City Attorney is hereby authorized to pay the sum in settlement of said judgment obtained by William Johnson from funds previously appropriated in the Public Official Liability Fund.
