Sponsor: Councilmember Melissa Robinson COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE RESOLUTION - Directing the City Manager to develop a funding plan for infrastructure projects that includes coordination with the Parks Board of Kansas City, Jackson County, state and federal partners, Kansas City Area Transportation Authority, and other relevant stakeholders; the plan shall provide each project’s scope of work and identify public or private funds in support of these projects; and directing the city manager to report back to the Council within 30 days with scope of work and funding plan for each project.
