Sponsors: Mayor Quinton Lucas and Councilpersons Melissa Robinson and Melissa Patterson Hazley COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE Declaring certain real property formerly known as Belvidere Park and located at 533 Tracy Avenue and 1408 Independence Avenue, Kansas City, Missouri 64106 surplus to the City’s needs; and authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute a sale contract, development agreements, conveyance documents, and other documents necessary to effectuate the transfer of the properties located at 533 Tracy, 1408 Independence Avenue, and 1200 Independence Avenue to the State of Missouri for the sale and redevelopment of said properties as a new Missouri State Behavioral Health Facility.
