Sponsor: Councilmember Darrell Curls Amending Chapter 10, Code of Ordinances, Alcoholic Beverages, by repealing and replacing Sections 10-211, 10-214, and 10-261 for the purpose of amending the factors which may be considered when determining whether to waive the presumption that a proposed retail alcoholic beverage license is likely to interfere with or be detrimental to the rights or interests of the neighboring community.
