Sponsor: Councilperson Melissa Robinson COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE RESOLUTION - Directing the City Manager to develop a strategic sustainability plan and adopt an administrative regulation to guide City’s support to the community through its established Community Action Network (“CAN”) Centers and to report to the Council on such plan within 120 days, and on such administrative regulation within 30 days; and to present a corresponding, five-year funding plan to the Council before or at the same time as the presentation of the annual budget.
