Sponsor: Director of Human Resources Department Amending Chapter 2 of the Code of Ordinances, entitled “Administration,” by repealing Section 2-1176, Retirement Benefits, and enacting in lieu thereof a new section of like number and subject matter to increase the health care subsidy provided to members of the Employee Retirement System in accordance with Resolution No. 230624 and the 2024-25 budget; and establishing an effective date.
