Sponsor: Councilmember Eric Bunch COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE RESOLUTION - Directing the City Manager to develop a comprehensive plan to resurface deteriorating alleyways including certain criterion; directing the City Manager to develop and present a plan to include improved alleyways in the comprehensive snow removal plan; directing the City Manager to report back to Council with both plans within 90 days; and directing the City Manager to estimate the additional costs necessary to enact the plans and prepare an Ordinance appropriating such funds within 90 days.
