Sponsor: Councilmember Andrea Bough Appropriating $3,000,000.00 from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the Parks Sales Tax Fund, to fund construction of the 9th & Van Brunt Soccer Renovations; the Parks and Recreation Department shall own and exclusively manage, program, and maintain the fields and amenities at 9th and Van Brunt Athletic Fields and provide annual funding for maintenance; and directing the Parks Director to implement a use policy for fields and amenities and to appoint members from the Lykins Neighborhood to the 9th & Van Brunt Advisory Committee.
