6. Bill No. 26-0362 - An Ordinance To Utilize The State Of Missouri Contract Pricing Under The State Of Missouri Contract #60523CO0231 To Purchase Two (2) Takeuchi Skid Steers And To Authorize The Execution Of A Purchase For The Department Of Public Works.
7. Bill No. 26-0364 - An Ordinance to Utilize the BuyBoard Purchasing Cooperative Contract Public Safety and Firehouse Supplies and Equipment #698-23, And To Authorize the Execution Of A Purchase For The Department Of The Sheriff.

Bill No. 26-0363 - An Ordinance Authorizing The Jefferson County, Missouri, County Counselor By And Through The County Executive To Enter Into A Contract With William Hellmich Of The Law Firm Of Hellmich, Hill & Retter, LLC, And Its Attorneys For The Purpose Of Representing Jefferson County, Missouri, In A Pending Lawsuit.
9. Bill No. 26-0366 - An Ordinance To Authorize An Amendment Of The 2026 Budget Pursuant To The Home Rule Charter Of Jefferson County, Missouri, And Section 50.622 RSMo. (2025) To Reflect The Transfer Of Budget Funds Between The Law Enforcement Reserve Account And Law Enforcement Reserve Revenue Account.
