Council action is requested to authorize the City Manager to execute a Power Generation Option to Lease agreement with UET Ventures, LLC, substantially similar to the attached agreement, for the purposes of engineering, permitting, acquiring and installing power generation facilities and equipment at the retired Independence Power & Light Blue Valley Power Plant site. Approved
