- Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Festus will go into Closed Session pursuant to Missouri Law with matters relating to RSMo. 610.021(1) of the Revised Statues of the State of Missouri for the purpose of discussing legal actions, causes of action, or privileged communications between Council and legal counsel, and RSMo, 610.021 (12) for the purpose of discussing negotiations of a contract prior to execution, and 610.021 (13) for the purpose of discussing individually identifiable personnel records, performance ratings or records pertaining to employees or applicants for employment.

- Bill No. 4893 - An ordinance of the City Council of the City of Festus, Missouri, amending the 2025-2026 Fiscal Year Budget; and establishing an effective date.
- Bill No. 4894 - An ordinance of the City Council of the City of Festus, Missouri, annexing to the City certain tracts of real estate located at: 1765 US Highway 67, Festus, Missouri 63028; 1775 US Highway 67, Festus, Missouri 63028; and 1779 US Highway 67, Festus, Missouri 63028, with the Jefferson County Parcel Identification Numbers 18601300002023, 18601300002024, & 18601300002025, respectively; determining that said annexation is contiguous and compact to the existing city limits, and will redound to the benefit of the City of Festus; specifying the new boundary lines to which the city limits are extended by the reason of said annexation; and establishing an effective.
