4. <strong>Bill No. 6181 - An Ordinance authorizing the execution of a Surface Transportation Block Grant (STBG) Program Agreement with the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission to enable the City to construct the New Ballas Road Improvement Project - Phase 3. Final Reading and Passage.
5. <strong id="isPasted">Resolution No. 1823 - A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Creve Coeur, Missouri authorizing the execution of a change order #1 with Garlands/DBS, Inc., for the upgraded materials, labor and installation of high-impact shingles for Dielmann Recreation Center for an additional $53,380.00 making the new project "not to exceed" cost of $972,248.00.
