Case No. </u></strong><u> <strong>PZ26-1</strong><strong>24</strong></u><strong>- </strong>A request for variances from <strong>Chapter 151-8 Subdivision Design and Improvements </strong>of the 2011 Clay County Land Development Code. Specifically, a request to allow septic systems instead of a central gravity sewer system or private package treatment plant, roadside ditching instead of a curbed and guttered street, lots to exceed the width to depth ratio, and a street exceeding the maximum road length. Such a request will be in non-compliance with the County code of requirements. The applicant is Chris Shipley, representing Lori F. Nowack, Trustee of David A. and Jo P. Fulton Revocable Trust.
