1. <strong>Bid Recommendation – City of Chesterfield CVAC Bullpen Project - </strong>Recommendation to authorize the City Administrator to execute an agreement with Byrne and Jones in an amount not to exceed $519,000 for construction of 16 bullpens and to execute a Purchase Order to the Perfect Mound in the amount of $40,284 for the purchase of eight mounds to be used within the new bullpens on fields C1-4. (Roll Call Vote) Department of Parks Recreation and Arts recommends approval.
