1. <strong>Bid Recommendation – 2025 Pathway on the Parkway Design Services</strong> - Recommendation to authorize the City Administrator to execute a contract with Volkert Incorporated in an amount not to exceed $439,000 and to authorize a 2025 expenditure not to exceed the budgeted value of $255,000 for design services. The $439,000 contract includes $248,107 for design services, $183,200 for construction engineering services, and a modest contingency to account for additional work for change orders. The construction services portion of the contract will be included in future year budgets. (Roll Call Vote)
2. <strong>Bid Recommendation & Budget Amendment – 2025 Citizen</strong> – Authorize the City Administrator to contract with Swift Print Communications for production of the 2025 Citizen Newsletters at an estimated cost of $84,299, and authorize a budget transfer of $19,020 from the General Fund – Fund Reserves due to increases in printing, postage, and incorporation of a pull-out calendar. (Roll Call Vote)
