1. <strong>Professional Services Recommendation – 2025 Highcroft Drive Design Services – </strong>Recommendation to<strong> </strong>authorize<strong> </strong>the City Administrator to execute an Engineering Services Contract with Oates Associates in an amount not to exceed $479,000 as recommended by the Director of Public Works after completing the RFQ and interviewing process. This includes $303,000 for design services as budgeted in 2025 and $176,000 for Construction Engineering Services which will be expensed at a future date. (Roll Call Vote)
2. <strong>Community Garden Proposal – </strong>Recommendation to expand the Community Garden at Eberwein Park and to approve a budget transfer from the Parks Fund – Fund Reserve in the amount of $4,800 to account 119-084-5313. (Roll Call Vote)
