1. Emergency Purchase – D1 Field Repair – Per the City Administrator’s email notification on 3/31/2025, and as required by City purchasing policy, an emergency repair to athletic field D1 was authorized to ensure player safety and to minimize additional damages to the synthetic field. As a result, this repair necessitates a request for a budget amendment, transferring $4,953 from Parks Fund – Fund Reserves to Parks Fund, Sports and Wellness Division Maintenance and Repair account, 089-5247. (Roll Call Vote)
