1. Bid Recommendation - St. Louis Metro APWA Salt Cooperative – </strong>Recommendation to authorize the purchase of salt from Compass Minerals, on behalf of the St. Louis Metro APWA Salt Cooperative, at a price of $90.82 per ton. This is a negotiated 3.9 percent increase over the cost provided by Compass during the 2024 / 2025 winter season. Additionally, City Council should authorize the purchase of 3,000 tons of salt from Compass Minerals at a cost of $272,460 budgeted in account 001-072-5340. (Roll Call Vote) Department of Public Works recommends approval.
